FATI threaded immersion heaters are designed for direct installation into tanks and vessels through a threaded inlet in the tank wall. Tubular heating elements are welded or brazed to a screw plug, creating a compact immersion-heating assembly for compatible liquids and process applications.
The elements use NiCr 80/20 resistance wire insulated with high-quality magnesium oxide compacted through cold drawing. Multiple sheath materials, screw plug materials, and thread standards are available, with optional control and manual-reset safety thermostats for added temperature management.
