FATI cast and band heaters are designed for conductive heating of molds, extruders, barrels, and other cylindrical or formed equipment surfaces. Available configurations include cast-in heaters, metal band heaters, and ceramic band heaters.
These heaters provide direct heat transfer to process equipment where controlled surface heating is required. The appropriate design depends on the equipment geometry, operating temperature, required watt density, electrical supply, and installation conditions.
