FATI ATEX-EX flanged immersion heaters are engineered for heating compatible liquids and gases in hazardous areas classified as Zone 1 or Zone 2. The heaters use U-shaped tubular elements mounted to a flange and are supplied with a certified carbon steel or stainless steel electrical enclosure.
Standard configurations support demanding process-heating applications, while EX-CHT cartridge-style heaters use individually replaceable elements that can be serviced without draining the tank. Available options include control and safety probes, temperature transmitters, anti-condensation heaters, and cable glands.
