Thermon continues to focus on advancing the efficiency of Heat Trace Asset Management by making continuous improvements to the Controls & Monitoring solutions portfolio. As a part of Thermon’s Digitization initiative and our commitment to providing a great experience to our customers, we release new features/fixes on our products on a regular basis.

This release is for the latest version of the Genesis Duo firmware.

Resolved Issues

• Bootup Sequence – Resolved dependency in the boot sequence that prevented the unit from booting up successfully.
• OTA Updates – Fixed the issue which prevented successful OTA updates at times.

Thermon highly recommends all our customers upgrade the DUOs in their network to the latest version for enhanced experience. Please work directly with our field services or product management team to facilitate the upgrade.
