Announcing the release of Genesis Network Software Version 1.9

Thermon continues to increase the efficiency of Heat Trace Asset Management with improvements to the Genesis Network.

Genesis Network is the core to Thermon’s Digitization initiative for heat trace systems. Genesis enables optimized use of plant assets and energy, saving significantly on operational costs.

Genesis Network Version 1.9 new features:

• Enhanced Genesis Duo support
• Focus Mode, enabling fast refreshing of circuit readings and settings in the circuit details view.
• Remote configuration of network hardware
• Alarms Dashboard improvements, including:
  • Live update of alarms
  • Trend lines to provide context of circuit conditions

Issues Resolved:

• Significantly improved performance and stability in the GS application
• Fixed a bug in the Alarms Dashboard with unacknowledged alarms not being filtered correctly
• Fixed a bug in the Bridge firmware, where communications could be dropped

Due to the increased responsiveness and performance, Thermon highly recommends that all customers upgrade to version 1.9. Please work directly with Business Development, Product Management and R&D to facilitate the upgrade of all current sites so they can benefit from the improvements noted.
